The Night Vision Goggles are a tool allowing players to see in the dark in Sons of the Forest.
Gameplay[edit | edit source]
When equiped from the Inventory, the flashlight/lighter key (default: F on the Keyboard) will toggle night vision. Night Vision Goggles are powered by Batteries, and will provide 9 minutes and 20 seconds of continuous use from a full charge. Although more versatile than other light sources like the Flashlight or the Lighter, night vision will restrict the player's field of view with a thick overlay and apply a grain filter, which can become disadvantageous in heated fights.
