Jianyu Camp
Jianyu Camps are a group of locations dotted around the Island in Sons of the Forest. They are encampments established by Jianyu Zhang and his Sahara Therapeutics operative team during their expedition for the Cube. They have however been long since abandoned after being overrun with Mutants, as evidenced by the large amount of dead mercenaries and Puffies littering the campgrounds.
Gameplay[edit | edit source]
Most Jianyu camps are marked by a blue GPS Tracker that will only appear upon approaching a certain distance. If the game has not been finished yet, Jianyu's helicopter will also be briefly seen hovering above the camp before leaving as the player arrives. Jianyu Camps consist of a collection of 2 to 3 large tents containing bunks and reserves.
Jianyu Camps contain a variety of valuable resources, such as ammo and refined crafting components like Circuit Boards. Added to this is the lack of any enemies, making them a convenient location for resupplying.

- On top of a cliff south-east from Maintenance Bunker A
- Near a small cave further south from Maintenance Bunker A
- On the Golf course just north from the entrance of Maintenance Bunker B. In this camp you can find the Night Vision Goggles
