Story Items are collectible items within Sons of the Forest
There are Several different types of Story Items, they are detailed down below

Notes are the main collectible story item within the Game.
Environmental notes can be found that cannot be picked up
There are 50 unique Notes they are found within Caves, Bunkers, and on the Surface of the island.
Collecting them all rewards the Gumshoe Achievement.
Books[edit | edit source]
Books are the second most found Story items within the Game,
Environmental books can be found that cannot be picked up
There are 5 unique Books, they can be found within Bunkers and the Surface of the Island.
Pamphlets[edit | edit source]
Pamphlets are a type of Story item within the Game.
There are 3 unique Pamphlets, they can be found within Bunkers and the Surface of the Island.
Environmental Pamphlets can be found that cannot be picked up
Album Cover[edit | edit source]
The Album Cover is a story item found within the Game.
It can be Found within the Entertainment Bunker
The Album Cover is for the Band BAD PIVOT
Action Camera[edit | edit source]
The Action Camera is a type of story item found within the Game.
The Action Camera is a single item that stores Found Footage.
There are 4 unique Found Footage, they can be found within Bunkers and the Surface of the Island.
Collecting every Found Footage Rewards the Blockbuster Achievement
